NBA Comparison: Damon Stoudamire
Strengths: A scoring guard...Likes to spot up from three point range...Excellent three point shooter,
always seems to make three point daggers or when his team really needs points...Good at taking offensive responsibility...Uses
deception and craftiness to get to the basket, and when he gets fouled rarely misses from the charity stripe...Decent mid-range
shooter, just needs to utilize it more...Last year he led surprised everyone and led the underdog Chicago to beat UNC through
his timely scoring and three point shooting...Rarely turns the ball over...Surprisingly good rebounder, notched a couple of
triple doubles last year...Plays under control when he acts as playmaker...Runs the offense and gives everyone touches decently...
Weaknesses: Not a pure point guard. Half of the time he looks for his own shots rather than for others...Although
a decent playmaker he can be even better if he has more of a pass-first mentality...Because he is the #1 option for his
team rarely receives open looks, so his shooting percentages don't really reflect how good of a shooter he really is...Has
a tendency to get lax when he does not feel much pressure on him, meaning that he will miss shots and make general bad plays...Doesn't
possess much athleticism. Doesn't have too many gears to fall back upon and lacks a good first step...Not very athletic...More
foul prone than the average guard...Needs to add some more weight to his naturally lean frame...Use more of his advanced mid-range
game...
