NBA Position: SG
Country: Canada
Hgt: 6-5
Wgt: 188

NBA Comparison: Kirk Penney

Strengths: Extremely dangerous scorer, offensive abilities are nothing short of stunning....A legend in Canada...Excellent three point shooter up to NBA-range. Once his feet are set, he squares up properly, the shot is money...Very advanced jumpshooter from just about everywhere...Good at breaking defenders down, likes to drive to the basket...Very smooth fallaway jumper...Generally makes good decisions with the ball on the offensive end...Very energetic on the court. Brings it to the opposition all the time...Never gets fazed by defenses, tries to attack it and confuse it...Mentally tough player...Intensity is infectious...Once scored 97 points in a SINGLE game...

Weaknesses: Offensive game is very advanced, but defense has a long ways to go...Doesn't understand the concepts  of defense much, as he is very superior to his competition that he really does not need to play much...Gets burned time after time, although he has decent lateral quickness/speed, doesn't put much effort there...Poor competition...Not a strong or physically gifted player. Needs to put about 20-30 more lbs. of muscle, but doesn't look like he has the frame to do that...May be a defensive liability in the league...On offense doesn't really like contact. Gets to the basket well but rarely gets to the free throw line because of that...Quite a selfish player, because of his offensive game is so advanced he can simply carry the load on his team. In the times he does pass though he doesn't display much good court vision, just makes simple passes...Only get rebounds when they come to him...Mediocre height for a SG...A bit one-dimensional in the fact he only scores, needs to expand many areas of his game to become a decent NBA'er....

Strengths: Very good scorer with the shooting ability to boot...Highly respected player in Canada in the fact that he can single-handedly will and lead his team to victory...Hits a high percentage of his shots and rarely looks off-balance...Smooth player....Does a lot of advanced, intricate moves that fazes his opponents...Hits a lot of tough shots as well...Always seems confident and believes he can make every shot...Nice combination of toughness and shooting ability...Will certainly score if he makes it to the NBA...

Weaknesses: Defense needs a lot of work. Rarely puts effort and the fact that his team has weak centers exposes him there all the more...Doesn't contribute much in any other aspect of the game other than scoring...Not much passing or rebounding ability...Doesn't have the ideal build for the NBA swingman...Lack of good competition can bloat his shooting ability...Hasn't played many games outside of Canada, but because he stands out so well even NBA scouts are aware of him...

Talented player coming out of Canada. Really advanced scoring ability with great static and off-the-dribble game. Has all the moves that the NBA wants out of their offensive players. Still a young player and has a lot of potential to improve. Very gifted with shooting touch, mechanics and position. All other aspects of the game need improvement, but his offense is simply wonderful.
