NBA Comparison: Antoine Walker
Strengths: Although still playing in the junior youth leagues, Anculio is a rare talent. Physically
and skill-set wise, he's on his way there and then some...Anculio is ahead of the learning curve even with regards to some
European big men 3-5 years older than him; he has the drive and dish pass down and can make rapid snap passes in the blink
of an eye, catching defenses off balance and unawares while he possesses the court vision and the ability to distinguish what
is rapidly evolving around him...A splendid passer not only for his age but for someone of his stature...Great build for his
size, still growing and it's not totally inconceivable that he may become a 7-footer as time progresses...Unlike most bigs,
he is an agile and mobile player. Possesses some bulk, but it doesn't hinder him that much as he has the slithery moves needed
to weave around defenders...Has a diversified offensive game, with a solid post game due to strength and matchups as well
as as the ability to create his own shot mildly effectively...Loves to step back for long range shots...Solid ballhandling
skills which will only improve...His growth as a player gives him enormous sky-high potential...
Weaknesses: Has several handicaps at this stage which may be hard to correct as it's already a major
staple of his game...First is his infatuation with the three point shot. Sometimes abuses the jumpshot even when better options
will do, such as slashing to the basket...Excessively ball dominant for his age. Doesn't get great coaching experience and
is impoperly trained in the sense that he needs the ball in his hands to thrive, and can be prone to selfish lapses at times
although he clearly has the passing ability...Very inconsistent between games, although given his age, that's acceptable...Streaky
shooter, not really reliable. Seems to be just an offensive option rather than a shooter at this point. It's hard to believe
he can develop consistency because his shot selection tends to get very questionable...Very average explosiveness. Not one
to blow by defenders easily, but has ballhandling and craft in his arsenal to slash...Average transition player at best despite
mobility which he expresses best at half-court sets...Slithery around the post rather than a brute force, but effective nonetheless...Can
make silly mental mistakes within games at times, very turnover prone at his level which raises questions about the ups-and-downs
he may have to be accustomed to the NBA...Average quickness and physical tools are nothing to write home about, but skill
set and age is what gives him great potential....
