NBA Comparison: DerMarr Johnson

Strengths: Sweet stroking athlete...Shoots very effortlessly and gracefully...Great lift and mechanics...Has virtually perfected shooting off screens...Using long steps to get to the basket at ease...More than decent finisher, got quite a lot of dunks for Texas last year...Runs the floor like a deer...Excellent height for the NBA wing position, will probably be taller than most of his competition...Also has more weight than your prototypical freshman...Long arms...Ridiculous weakside shotblocker, mainly due to his long arms...Solid passing ability...Smooth athleticism...Sweet ballhandling skills, makes it look like he's dribbling the ball using a string...Has the potential to be a defensive stopper...

Weaknesses: Although a good shooter, cannot really shoot off the dribble yet...Percentages fall down when his shot is contested in any way...Needs a good look to make shots....Although dribbling skills are good it would be much better served if he could create his own shot...Can afford to put on some more weight...Not good at creating plays for his teammates, simply just passes the ball around...Hasn't played much defense as of yet, just getting by with his wingspan...Supposedly has a lax work ethic, and this shows in his defense...

Notes: Another NBA Comparison: Josh Childress (without work ethic)
