NBA Comparison: Nazr Mohammed
Strengths: Fairly strong and mobile big man who can make a solid impact both offensively and defensively...Underrated
offensive player with solid low post moves and a decent touch (especially on hook shots), with range up to 12 feet...Best
attribute may be offensive rebounding. Gets many putbacks and slam dunks off misses...Gets to the line fairly well, shoots
a solid 73% in the EuroLeague...Above average rebounder for his position...Defensively, plays solid post defense, rarely getting
backed down due to his solid frame, and always willing to contest shots...Decent mobility also makes him a solid switchoff
defender...Decent wingspan, average stealer/shotblocker with solid reflexes and anticipation skills...Understands the team
concept...Has no problem being the role player of the team, relinquishing touches for the sake of the team...
Weaknesses: Nothing in his game really stands out in terms of the NBA, he could ultimately make a
bigger impact if he chose not to play as a garbage-man type role player...Decent offensive game, but he mostly chooses to
score around the basket off offensive rebounds rather than have the ball passed to him...Doesn't react well to double teams,
can be turnover prone if excessive pressure is put on him...Sometimes does not choose to boxout due to overeagerness in rebounding...Can
be foul prone from time to time, not having great defensive fundamentals once the defender gets his shot off...Average athleticism,
nothing standout not even for a big man, although he can finish with power at times...Not a real intimidator defensively,
more based on hard work and concepts...May be considered undersized for a center, but lacks versatility because he is not
willing to take on more responsibility...
