NBA Comparison: Juan Dixon
Strengths: Very young but has accomplished a lot in many areas...Many of the things he does against
Euro competition can be done the same way in the NBA...General feeling is that his game would translate better to the NBA
because his level of competition is too poor, absolutely dominates them...Explosive scoring ability. Gets to the lane at will,
and has the upper body strength, explosiveness, first step, and physical tools to finish...Above average leaping skills, has
dunked over defenders before... Has really developed a pull-up J as he's attacking the basket, to make him even more lethal...Solid
spot up shooter as well...Has shown spurts of good court vision before...Against his competition gets a ton of steals per
game and can be a harassing defender if he puts his mind to it...For his age he has been extremely impressive...
Weaknesses: Horrible shooter from three point land...Takes quite a lot of threes yet only makes 28%
of them, and that's not even counting NBA three point range...Not a reliable shooter off the dribble, which doesn't complement
his explosiveness real well...His offensive game has some holes which the opposition can draw up plans for him to shoot those
shots...Doesn't force shots, but sometimes takes shots that he shouldn't be taking...Must stay hungry as his level of competition
is poor...His defense has not really been tested, he turns his defensive motor on and off because his team normally blows
out the opposition anyway...General passing ability hasn't been tested as he always looks to score, but he has shown some
potential in this area...Might be a tweener in the next level unless he develops his passing skills...May need more experience...
