NBA Comparison: Paul Pierce

Strengths: A scoring machine, and does it in so many different ways...Advanced scoring mentality, plays very focused and when he does that he is hard to stop...Gets into a groove quite easily in college, 50% shooting percentages prove that...Best scoring attribute is attacking the basket, utilizes great body control, strength, and focus in doing so...Displays very nice ballhandling skills in driving to the basket...Also displays intricate offensive moves as well, can create off the dribble from mid-range and hit three pointers at a high clip...Above average defender at the college level, forces steals...Solid rebounder and passer...Plays to win the game...

Weaknesses: Not particularly strong as of now...At 203 lbs. he will get pushed around by NBA caliber wings...Quite turnover prone, but he handles the ball for his team so often on offense, so that could be expected...Doesn't always make the smartest passes even in half-court sets...No super court vision, although serviceable...Maybe due to conservation of energy on offense, but doesn't put the requisite effort on man-to-man defense...Jumpshot is advanced for the college level, but three point shot needs some work in the NBA level...Sometimes he gets caught up only in scoring in the game...
